Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. An ideal candidate is passionate about onchain gaming, has a technical background or the ability to grasp technical concepts, and will be a natural fit for building and engaging a thriving community. This role involves welcoming new members, facilitating team formations, organizing events, and maintaining a high-energy, fun environment on our Discord and Telegram channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage the Community: Actively participate in Discord and Telegram channels, welcoming new developers, asking about their skills and interests, and helping them integrate into the community.
• Facilitate Team Formation: Assist developers in forming teams for game jams, hackathons, and long-term projects aimed at creating studios and companies.
• Organize Events: Plan and execute game jams, community calls, and other virtual events to keep the community engaged and active.
• Coordinate with Ecosystem Partners: Collaborate with ecosystem partners to create opportunities and resources for the community.
• Create and Share Content: Develop engaging content and memes to keep the energy high and the community excited.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for Gaming: A deep interest in gaming and onchain gaming, with a strong understanding of the gaming community.
2. Event Planning: Experience in organizing and executing virtual events and activations.
3. Technical Aptitude: A technical background or the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
