Welcome to Cartridge! This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (also referred to herein as “user”, “you” and “your”) and Cartridge Gaming Company. (the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the https://cartridge.gg website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site"). Cartridge is the Starknet gaming console, allowing players to discover and play games on Starknet. By creating a Controller with Cartridge, players can claim their gamertag for use across all Starknet games.
By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including Section 11.3 (Arbitration Agreement).
We may make changes to the Agreement from time to time. If we do this, we will post the changed Agreements on the Site and will indicate at the top of this page the date the was last revised. You understand and agree that your continued use of the Services or the Site after we have made any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
If you violate any of this Agreement, or otherwise violate an agreement between you and us, the Company may terminate your account, delete your profile and any content or information that you submitted through the Site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Services or the Site (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Services or the Site), at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
The Cartridge Controller is a non-custodial wallet that allows players to receive, manage, and play with the on-chain assets that they need to play Starknet games. By clicking the Inventory tab in the Cartridge Controller, players can view and manage their in-game digital assets.
You must register WebAuthn or by connecting via their preferred 3rd party platform in order to use the Cartridge Controller. By using the Cartridge Controller, you agree and represent that you will use the Cartridge Controller only for yourself, and not on behalf of any third party, unless you have obtained prior approval from the Company. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Cartridge Controller. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to open a Cartridge Controller, or limit the number of Cartridge Controllers that you may hold or suspend or terminate any Cartridge Controller or the staking, lending or borrowing of specific digital assets with your Cartridge Controller account.
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to (i) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site or otherwise requested by the Company ("Registration Data"); (ii) maintain the security of your password and identification; (iii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to the Company, to keep it accurate, current and complete; (iv) promptly notify the Company regarding any material changes to information or circumstances that could affect your eligibility to continue to use the Site or Cartridge Controller or the terms on which you use the Site or Service; and (v) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.
The Company will provide qualifying users access to the Cartridge Controller, a digital assets wallet(s) for holding digital assets. The Cartridge Controller allows users to: (i) safeguard their digital assets in a-non-custodial/multi-signature (two-of-two) wallet; (ii) purchase and sell digital assets to and from the Company via ACH, wire and credit card; and (iii) swap digital assets using the Cartridge Controller’s integration with decentralized exchange protocols.
To be eligible to use the Cartridge Controller you must you must be a resident of the one of the countries in which the Cartridge Controller is supported and you must be the age of majority in your country of residence.
The Cartridge Controller is an unhosted and non-custodial digital assets wallet. You control the digital assets held in your Cartridge Controller. At any time, subject to outages, downtime, and other applicable policies, you may withdraw your digital assets by sending it to a different blockchain address. When holding your digital assets in the Cartridge Controller, the Company does not maintain exclusive control over your Cartridge Controller or the digital assets stored in it; the Company controls only one set of electronic private keys associated with your Cartridge Controller. Users are responsible for the risk of loss of their private keys and the Company may not recover such keys.
